A force field of positive energy, Jonathan Hard is a business leader on the go.
His Mission: Protect the Warfighter. A twelve-year Infantry Officer for the Alabama National Guard, Jonathan completed a tour in Iraq, and transitioned into civilian life in 2012. He worked for several businesses in the Huntsville area to include SAIC, IBM, and Jacobs IT, before launching H2L Solutions in 2014.

Jonathan started his cybersecurity company with two friends and the money they had in their pocket accounts. They had no connections and no customers. People thought they were either crazy or courageous, depending on their personal life perspective.
"The day we met our mentor, Rich Ortiz, [Videographer and Marketing Professional], we didn't even have a name. Rich said, 'You have two H's and one L, why don't you use that?'"
H2L was born: the team of Hard, Hartsfield, & Lozovski, rolled up its sleeves in October, 2014. They lost Jeffrey Hartsfield (great job opportunity and perfect fit) shortly after incorporating and recently scooped  up Adam Maddox, their Chief Technical Officer (CTO). Stan Lozovski went full time a year later and Jonathan made the transition in the summer of 2015. Business is strong and H2L has received worthy recognition.

SUPPORTING THE WARFIGHTER THROUGH CYBER SECURITY TESTING

H2L provides cybersecurity testing and analysis for businesses most susceptible to hacking - the small to medium-sized business. In short, H2L protects the warfighter. Jonathan explains:
"Even though 'Company XYZ' might not be supporting the warfighter physically, like making a gun or bullet or an ammunition, they're creating innovative solutions for our warfighters' downrange, and those solutions are put onto a network. If your IT Network's not secure, your adversaries are in those networks, taking all that information, reverse engineering them, and making them better - to kill us in battle."

"We like to play hard but we like to work hard too. We want to make sure the product we're giving our customers is 150% and if they're not happy with it, we go back and fix it - whether we lose money on it, or not. It's all about our customers."
